Minecraft 101: Pro Survival Tips and Tricks

Minecraft is one of the most well-known and successful video games of all time. Mojang has created a sandbox video game. Markus “Notch” Persson designed the game using the Java programming language. Minecraft is the most popular video game of all time, with 200 million copies sold and 126 million monthly active users as of 2020.

A survival option is available, in which players must gather materials to create the environment and keep their health. There are a few key survival rules you must remember if you want to master playing in the best Minecraft servers. If you want to survive and thrive in Minecraft, you should follow each of them.

  • Make use of the coordinates option

Turn on coordinates in the game’s options. Sit down with a notepad or capture screenshots of significant locations whenever you’re playing so you can keep track of their coordinates and return if necessary. These significant locations could be your main base, a community, a stronghold, or any other structure you want to visit again.

  • Do you require a clock or a compass? It is not necessary to craft them in order to use them

This is a trick that everyone should be aware of. Clocks and compasses aren’t used very often, but they take up space and resources in your inventory. Instead of crafting them, go to your crafting recipes and the clock and compass can be used without having to craft them.

  • Keep yourself secure underneath

Caves are resource-rich, but they’re also perilous. Keep locations illuminated with torches, have a weapon on your Hotbar at all times, and wear armor. A shield won’t harm if you want to be extra cautious.

  • Always have a bucket of water with you

In Minecraft, it’s a good idea to bring a water bucket with you. Whether it’s to descend a ravine, cross lava, or save oneself from a dangerous tumble. Water buckets are a piece of versatile equipment that you should always have with you.

  • Keep an eye on your tools’ durability

When you’re mining and your last pickaxe breaks, or you’re attempting to take down a horde of zombies and your sword or elytra breaks as you’re flying around in your world, it’s always frustrating. Remember that repairing your gear rather than buying a new one when it breaks is less expensive.

  • Every time you come across a village, lure residents in

This one may come across as a little harsh… However, if you want to find locals to trade with, you can keep them trapped in the town by walling it up or covering the doors of the houses while the villagers go to sleep. After all, you’re simply protecting them from zombies!

One of the most important things to remember is that learning never stops in Minecraft. This brings the list to a close. However, just with the game’s creative potential, there are no limits to these, and you should always be on the lookout for new ways to better your performance.
